The Centre would be one of four connected AI Centres in Australia that will be augmented by CSIRO’s National AI Centre. The objectives of these AI Centres are:
- to reduce SME barriers to the adoption of AI
- increase SME business capability through the application of trusted, secure and responsible AI
- support SME commercialisation into new markets; and foster Australia’s local ecosystem of AI expertise and capability.
